Our Story

In 2021, Apex was founded around the belief that staffing should feel more like a partnership than a process. We don’t automate away the human part. Every resume is read by a recruiter who knows your operation. Every candidate gets a real advocate, not a pitch. Every placement is treated like it matters, because it does.

We work with large volume manufacturers who can’t afford a single no-show, growing companies stretched too thin to manage HR alone, technical teams searching for talent in shallow pools, and every company in between.
